Blanca De La Rosa

Blanca De La Rosa was born in the Dominican Republic. She grew up in the projects of the upper west side of Manhattan in New York, during the time before the Hispanic population developed the supportive Latino community which exists today.

She earned a Bachelor's degree in International Business Management from Pace University and built a remarkable 34-year career at Mobil/ExxonMobil Oil Corporation.

Her roles included positions both domestic and international in nature with increasing responsibility across the United States, Europe, Central and South America, and Nigeria. She retired after three decades of dedicated service.

As Business Development Manager and Employee Resource Group President, she represented the company at Hispanic Heritage Foundation events and served as keynote speaker and panelist for various charitable initiatives.

Her most rewarding role was serving as mentor to the young employees in her company — guiding them through the corporate maze.

Today, Blanca channels her decades of experience into her writing, offering guidance that blends practical, common-sense advice with inner wisdom and spirituality. She is the author of seven published books spanning memoir, career development, fiction, and spiritual growth.

Her work now reaches readers who are rebuilding after loss, seeking clarity in their careers, or searching for stories that reflect the courage required to start again.
