Out of Many, One

When was the last time you remember that feeling of unity, camaraderie, that sense of national purpose, and love for your fellow American?

In times of challenge and division, it's worth remembering the motto that has guided our nation: E Pluribus Unum — Out of Many, One. The strength of our communities lies not in our sameness, but in our ability to come together despite our differences.

As someone who has lived the immigrant experience firsthand, I've seen the incredible power of diverse perspectives working toward a common goal. It was true in the neighborhoods where I grew up, in the corporate boardrooms where I worked, and in the stories I write today.
